An extensive exhibition will be mounted enabling delegates to review the latest products and service adding to the overall educational experience. Sponsorship opportunities have been devised to maximise exposure to the delegates to IFSO Hamburg 2011. Our goal is to construct sponsorship packages to meet individual sponsors' needs, in order to assist in optimising return on investment. All prices in EUR plus German VAT (19% in 2009)

Payment Terms/Cancellation

  • First non-refundable instalment of one third of the sum due within 30 days after receipt of the contract.
  • A second non-refundable instalment of one third will be due to June 15, 2010.
  • The final payment must be received by June15, 2011, prior to the meeting.

All payments must be made in EUR plus 19% German VAT and without any bank or other charges.

Cancellation and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to INTERPLAN. The organizers shall retain the following sum:

  • Cancellation until December 31, 2009 10 % of the total costs of each item will be retained
  • Cancellation until June 31, 2010 50 % of the total costs of each item will be retained
  • Cancellation later than January 31, 2011 100 % of the total costs of each item will be retained
