Space rental per square metre net: EUR 450
The net price quoted is plus statutory sales tax according to European regulations and payable immediately after receipt of invoice.
The minimum area of an exhibition booth is 6 square metres, maximum 36 sqm
The space rental includes:
- Net stand area (floor space only without equipment)
- Technical manual
- Directory description in the exhibitors list in the final congress program
- Per 6 - 20 sqm: 1 free badge
- Per 21 - 40 sqm: 2 free badges
- Per 41 - 90 sqm: 3 free badges
- From 90 sqm : 4 free badges
These badges entitle exhibitors to attend the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, all sessions and the exhibition area.
- Venue security during the opening hours
- General cleaning
Being exhibitor at many medical conferences you are aware of the anti corruption law according to that you are not in the position to invite participants to the congress.
The space rental does not include:
Rental fee for a stand, furniture, partition walls, carpets, telephone and data lines, water supply, electricity and exhibitors insurance, etc. 15 % supplement fee is compulsory for an Island stand (4 sides open, free built) and 10 % for a Peninsula stand (2 sides open, free built).
More detailed information regarding your exhibition stand and its position within the congress centre will be provided in the Exhibition Manual. For your convenience this manual will also contain order forms for all requirements you need for perfect organisation of your show.

The stand fee includes, regardless of their square metre, an exhibit shell scheme consisting of:
- Standard carpeting (colour will be indicated in the technical exhibition manual)
- Sign identifying your company's name
- Daily cleaning of the exhibition area
- Surveillance of the public areas of the exhibition excluding the booths themselves, which are under the exhibitor's own responsibility
- A number of exhibitor badges:
- The exhibitor badges will be issued for the exhibiting company members only
- Exhibit badges do not give access to the scientific sessions
Exhibitor´s charter
- Please note that all promotional actions outside the designated areas and in the conference's perimeter are strictly forbidden. This includes distribution and/or use of promotional items such as advertisements, banners, cars, etc. We remind all partners that commercial actions and/or transactions of a commercial or business nature are prohibited in the conference area. We thank you in advance for your good judgement and collaboration.
- During the event, no participant may organise or favour meetings, gatherings or any other events, relating to the topics covered by the congress, which shall not have been reported to, and approved by, the organising committee beforehand.
The exhibition conditions of INTERPLAN and the Congress Venue correspond to the standard terms and conditions of German exhibition companies.
Payment Terms/Cancellation
- First non-refundable instalment of one third of the sum due within 30 days after receipt of the contract.
- A second non-refundable instalment of one third will be before June 30, 2011
- The final payment must be received by July 30, 2011, prior to the meeting.
The net price quoted is plus statutory sales tax according to European regulations and payable immediately after receipt of invoice. Cancellation and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to INTERPLAN. The organizers shall retain the following sum:
- Cancellation until December 31, 2009 10 % of the total costs of each item will be retained
- Cancellation until June 31, 2010 50 % of the total costs of each item will be retained
- Cancellation later than January 31, 2011 100 % of the total costs of each item will be retained
